TAM International is proud to announce the partnership agreement between the existing senior management team of TAM International and PFM Capital. PFM made its investment in TAM International through its SaskWorks and APEX II funds. This partnership agreement marks an important milestone in the growth of TAM International as it allows its founding shareholders to exit and its current management shareholders to strategically increase their equity. PFM Capital joins TAM International as an important partner as they collaboratively work towards increasing the sustained growth of TAM for years to come. Both TAM and PFM are companies with strong ties to Saskatchewan that are deeply rooted in the local business community and are therefore a natural fit. TAM looks forward to increasing its global reach while staying committed to our local networks with the support of PFM.
“TAM International LP is excited to take the next step in our long term strategic plan with PFM Capital Inc.,” said Kurtis Hinz, President of TAM International LP. “PFM represents a corporate culture that very much aligns with our core philosophies and has shown a tremendous commitment to assisting our long term growth strategy. We believe this partnership will benefit our global clients and staff by helping us maintain and even increase the highest standards of quality that we have set for ourselves as a company.”
“PFM is very impressed with the industry-leading processes, safety and service that TAM delivers to its customers around the world,” said Jardin Schnurr, Director of Investments at PFM Capital Inc. “TAM is well-positioned to serve its existing core Class 7 freight forwarding customers as well as expand into new untapped markets.
